Exchanges and incorrect products
If you would like to request an exchange or have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges are given at our discretion, depending on individual circumstances. If an exchange has been agreed we reserve the right to charge you for any additional cost, including delivery.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel all or part of your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which it was delivered.
You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling, nor will you have to pay any penalty, but the cancellation must be given as a “clear statement”.
Once we have been notified of your cancellation you must send the cancelled product(s) back to us as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 calendar days, at your own cost. The cancelled product(s) remain your responsibility until delivered to us, therefore we strongly recommend posting by recorded delivery.
We will refund your credit card, debit card or PayPal account as soon as possible after receiving the cancelled product(s). We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the product(s), if this is the result of either unnecessary handling or poor return packaging by you. You will receive a separate confirmation email from WorldPay shortly thereafter.

If you have any questions or complaints about the product(s) that you have received from us, please contact us and quote your order number.
You may reject any product(s) which do not conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will pay the return postage in such circumstances.
